All department representatives involved in the upcoming Customer Appreciation Day are instructed to attend the final coordination meeting at 11:00 AM in the Main Conference Hall. Final schedules, roles, and materials will be distributed. Attendance is mandatory.
🤝 Customer Appreciation Day – Main Auditorium
Gurukul National Institute will celebrate its annual Customer Appreciation Day to acknowledge and thank its patrons, academic partners, and service users. The event includes product demos, informational booths, and a networking lunch. Staff assigned to event roles must report by 9:00 AM.
🛠️ Campus Maintenance Day – Institute Grounds
A full-day infrastructure and facilities audit will be conducted across all departments. All lab assistants, maintenance staff, and designated faculty are requested to ensure labs, classrooms, and storage areas are accessible and updated inventory reports are submitted by June 13.
🧾 Internal Audit Briefing – Admin Office
The Internal Audit Committee will hold a mandatory briefing for all administrative section heads regarding quarterly documentation and compliance. The session begins at 10:30 AM sharp. Relevant files and digital logs must be prepared in advance.
🇮🇳 Institute Holiday – Eid-ul-Adha
The institute will remain closed on June 25, 2025, in observance of Eid-ul-Adha. Regular academic and administrative activities will resume on June 26 (Thursday).
📢 Release of Mid-Semester Exam Timetable – Student Portal
All students are advised that the Mid-Semester Examination timetable for UG and PG programs will be published on the Student Portal by 5:00 PM. Students must download and check their subject-wise schedules. Queries may be directed to the Examination Cell.
🎓 New Student Orientation – Auditorium
Gurukul National Institute warmly welcomes the incoming class of 2025–26. An official orientation program will be held at 10:00 AM in the Auditorium to introduce students to campus life, academic systems, faculty, and student services. Department heads must ensure representation.
💳 Tuition Fee Payment Deadline – Accounts Section
The last date for semester fee payment is July 15, 2025. Students must clear all dues through the Student Portal or Accounts Office to avoid late penalties. Fee receipts will be issued online within 48 hours of successful transaction.
📂 Student Document Verification Week Begins
The Admissions Office will begin the physical document verification process for all newly admitted students. Students must carry original mark sheets, ID proof, and admission receipts. Verification will continue from July 21 to July 25, 2025.
🍽️ Annual Summer BBQ – Community Park
The institute will host its annual Summer BBQ event for faculty, staff, and their families. The evening will feature live performances, games, and dinner. Attendance is voluntary, but prior registration with the HR department is required by July 18, 2025.
